- 2 – 6oz. fillets of salmon
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- Salt + pepper
- Cooking spray
- Pre-heat oven to 425F.
- Spray parchment paper or foil-covered baking sheet with cooking spray, and place salmon on sheet.
- Rub salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
