Cacao Blueberry Smoothie

Energize yourself, while nourishing your skin, and fighting off that nasty flu that everyone has.

What you need:

1 cup of blueberries

2 tbsp of cacao nibs

1 frozen banana

1/4 lemon, juiced

2 dates, pitted

1 cup of coconut milk

Blend, in blender, until smooth.

Add 1 tbsp of cacao nibs & 2 tbsp of chia seeds. Shake well, let soak for 10-minutes.

Take care of your body, it is the only one you have.
