Five Foods 4 Hair:

  1. Raspberries, Red Peppers, & Citrus fruit!  Vit C = collagen = stronger hair strands.

  2. Fish, chia, flax & avocado. Essential Fatty acids are essential!

  3. Oats, brown rice, & nuts. Biotin = scalp health & hair health. Get some!

  4. Steamed leafy greens like kale & swiss chard. MSM produced Keratin which has been proven to strengthen hair follicles.

  5. The minerals silica & zinc do wonders (500 mg of silica two times daily and 30 mg of zinc once daily).

  6. Add a few drops of Rosemary essential oil to shampoo and give yourself (or partner) a good head massage. (Don’t get it in the eyes!)

  7. Try to keep your stress levels low. It won’t help a damn thing.
