There are a lot of factors in why weight gain happens. Here are a few tips that you can try without changing much about the way or what you eat.
1. Get A Good Night Sleep.
You can’t remember the last time you had a good night sleep. What is that doing to your waistline? A lack of sleep inhibits your brain for communicating properly. THIS includes telling your body when you are hungry OR when you are full. When the body creates saliva, it can be a bit of a stimulant, so you might be eating JUST TO STAY AWAKE.
2.Start Your Day With Water & A Squeeze Of Lemon.
Most people are dehydrated, that includes YOU! You need hydration to digest food and detoxify your body. YOUR BODY IS 60% water! Start your day with 500ml (at least) of water, add lemon to help detoxify and stimulate your bodies digestive system. Try to drink water half an hour BEFORE FOOD, to an hour and a half AFTER FOOD. Water mixed with food, disrupts digestion.
3. Bring Snacks Everywhere You Go.
When you don’t eat, your blood sugar level drops. This is a HUGE cause of weight gain. When our blood sugar level drops, it can leave us starving and willing to eat ANYTHING.

Pack some trail mix, or an apple with you. Keep your blood sugar levels sustained, and your waist will thank you.
4. Chew Your Food.
Digestion starts in the mouth. Not chewing your food makes your whole body suffer. It can result in allergies, food intolerance, poor digestion, poor absorption of nutrients, and eating too much. Being uncomfortably full is BAD! Chew each bite of food until it naturally flows down your throat. I barely have to swallow when I chew my food properly. PLUS, You eat a lot less!
