Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
3 cups of oats
2 cups of oat-flour
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of baking soda
3/4 cup of coconut sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 banana mashed
3/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
3/4 cup of dark chocolate vegan cookies
Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry and wet ingredients together until a dough. Roll dough into tbsp bites, place on cookie sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes.
These are dairy-free, gluten-free cookies. Great for your friends, no matter what diet restrictions they have.
