How To Work Out At Home

I am not a huge fan of the gym. I go sometimes, more so to say “I went to the gym”.

I prefer yoga, rebounding, or long walks by the beach.

Fitness is really important to me, but time is not always on my side.

I try to incorporate movement into everything. It is not uncommon for me to have a dance party while I cook or clean. Trust me, I get moving with the right electronic music.

Another great option is a video. I did both of these this morning.

I started things off with a gentle Vinyasa Flow (adding a few push-up’s into my planks)

Followed by The Butt-Lift.

I had a stressful day, and I am thanking these videos for helping me start it right. A video truly reduces your excuses to zero.
