I drink 8 glasses of water a day.
My favourite protein is FISH, especially salmon, tuna, and cod. Raw is best!
I eat a lot of foods rich in Vitamin C, like citrus fruits, bell peppers, and berries!
I love to sweat! It detoxifies the body and fills it with fresh oxygenated blood.
