I have been struggling with my sleep lately.
Night after night, I crawl into my white cloud like bed, and lay there counting sheep… until even they fall asleep.
I will be the first to admit that sometimes I almost drown in all my tasks. I don’t always have the option to SAY NO. So, as gracefully as possible, I pick up one more ball and juggle.
It is in times like this, that I reach into my Mary Poppin’s bag of tricks, and pull out a Lifebuoy.
It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.
