- 1-2 C. kale (or: collard greens, spinach, swiss chard, beet greens)
- 1 C. water
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil OR vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- Tear leaves off stems.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Steam greens for 5 minutes, or until colour of leaves becomes a bright green.
- Splash greens with olive oil or vinegar, and sprinkle with salt.
