I am kind of a mad scientist when it comes to my smoothies.
It starts innocently enough with a banana base, but soon all the herbs, algae, and superfoods find their way into each blend.
Smoothies are a great way to incorporate a lot of nutrients into your diet. They are easy to make, snack-on, and travel with.

This smoothie is high in fibre & protein. It will give you a boost of energy, while strengthening your immune system & nourishing your skin.
It has a few of my favourite Harmonic Art’s Products. (You can make this smoothie with, or without the products. It still tastes great!)
Super Power Green
1 banana, frozen or fresh
1 orange, frozen or fresh (peeled)
1 cup of coconut almond mylk
1 cup of cold *tea
1/2 cup of coconut yogurt
1 tbsp of Harmonic Arts Green Power Blend
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 medjool dates
Pinch of Himalayan salt.
Handful of kale
Option to add 2 tbsp of chia, shake well, and let sit for 10 minutes.
The cold tea, I used, was a blend of Harmonics Arts Relaxing Blend & Harmonic Arts Thought Flow. I stepped the tea, let it cool, and added it to the smoothie. You could sub any tea! Try chaga, goji, or ginger.
