Baked Salmon

Yield: 2 servings | Cooking time: 10-15 minutes

  • 2 – 6oz. fillets of salmon
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • Salt + pepper
  • Cooking spray
  1. Pre-heat oven to 425F.
  2. Spray parchment paper or foil-covered baking sheet with cooking spray, and place salmon on sheet.
  3. Rub salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

This recipe can be used for any kind of fish you enjoy. Cooking time may vary due to size of fillet. It is an excellent way to make a quick dinner. Fish has healthy Omega’s, and is an excellent source of both healthy fat and protein.

Add our Guacamole and some greens to the side. Or try it with our Fennel Salad.
