Coconut Chocolate Swirl Smoothie

Yield: 2 servings | Prep time: 5 minutes

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 C. canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 C. shredded coconut
  • 1/4 C. cacao nibs
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 1 C. almond milk
  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

Cacao nibs are the perfect superfood energy kick. Replace a coffee with this delicious smoothie. Mayans used to eat chia seeds before battle – it is an excellent energy source. Coconut is a nourishing fat to enjoy in moderation.
