- 3 avocados
- 1/2 a jalapeno
- 1/2 C. cherry tomatoes
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- Juice of 1 lime
- Handful of fresh cilantro
- Pinch of salt
- Mash the avocados.
- Finely slice tomatoes, garlic, jalapeno, and cilantro.
- Mix together with lime juice and salt.

This can be served with crackers or cut-up veggies.
Avocado is a healthy fat and great for lactation. It is satisfying and easy to make. If you do not like any of the ingredients, just omit them, or add your own. Some mamas stay away from garlic.
