  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 C. blueberries
  • 1/2 C. oatmeal
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 2 C. almond milk
  • Squeeze of lemon
  1. Blend until smooth.

Berries are full of anti-oxidants and Vitamin C. Oats are excellent for lactation. This smoothie is considered a beauty smoothie; let it nourish your skin, body, and heart.
