  • 1 C. almonds
  • 1 C. cashews
  • 1/2 C. macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 C. dried blueberries
  • 1/2 C. dried ginger
  • 1/2 C. dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C. dried mulberries

This is a mix and match operation. Pick your favourite nuts and dried fruit and shake it up. Nuts are a healthy fat and protein. Be mindful of how your nuts are treated. Are they roasted and salted, adding oil and salt? Although tasty, it is still additional fat. Mix it up with some roasted, salted, and plain.

This is the perfect grab and go snack. Perfect for late night feeds, or after gym exercise.
